Shipping and Delivery:
We offer free shipping within the United States. The Gallery strives to process and ship orders swiftly, generally 5-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method chosen at checkout. Note: we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
For International shipping:
We offer international shipping for all artwork; those shipping fees are calculated based on location and will be provided after your order is received. Our team will contact you directly via the email you provide with the shipping details and costs. Once paid, the order will then be processed. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Orders:
As soon as your order is packaged, you will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment please contact us.
Returns
The Gallery encourages you to reach out with any questions regarding your purchase prior to completing the transaction.
We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Prints are produced on demand. Note: requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new print by placing an entirely new order. A size guide is provided as a reference, but we encourage you to contact The Gallery with any questions.
Each art print is carefully inspected before shipping. If there’s something wrong with your order when received, take photos, add details, and contact The Gallery as soon as possible!
